담당업무

1. In this role you will lead programs and take an active role in all aspects of the recruiting process for both local 

   and international recruiting. You will also develop, implement and drive forward best practices in recruiting,

   including developing new recruiting sources for Seoul office (e.g., local campuses, experienced hire recruiting,

   referrals).

2. You will closely work with the team to identify target groups of potential candidates and new methods for

   connecting with them. You will contribute to organizing and preparing content for strategy sessions and

   support the operational development of new approaches and activities, including drafting recruiting marketing

   materials, particularly for these new recruiting sources.

3. You will actively manage the recruiting pipeline and analysis together with the team, which involves planning,

   coordinating and executing all stages of the recruitment process. This includes candidate screening and

   cultivation, administering assessments, managing logistics and hosting recruiting events and interviews,

   particularly for and not limited to effort towards new sourcing strategies. You will serve as main contact for

   candidates throughout and manage recruiting data using existing tools and systems. Together with support

   from regional and global centers of excellence, you will manage policy administration (e.g., relocation,

   immigration) and other administrative activities as required.

4. You will build relations with key local external parties and manage the community of consultants participating

   in the recruiting process. You will cultivate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and subject

   matter experts.

자격요건

- 10+ years HR experience in a MNC manufacturing environment.

- 5+ years Union negotiation experience in KCTU/KMWU

- Implementing successful employee relations.

자격요건

- Preferably a college degree in business administration or HR

- 3 years’ experience required

- Must possess and continuously maintain a current Driver's License prior to start date

- Must be a US Citizen, have and maintain a Secret Clearance

- Must receive a favorable background check and drug testing results

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a 700-19 work visa for Korea

자격요건

- 경력 3년 이상인 분

- HR Compliance 및 HR Data 관리, ER 업무경험을 바탕으로 HR 전반에 대한 관심과 관점을 가지고 있는분

- 주도적/ 선제적으로 HR 아젠다를 발굴하고 개선방안을 제시하는 분

- 단편적인 업무에만 매몰되지않고 회사의 파트너로서 HR 업무를 이해하는 분

- 감이나 단편적 경험보다는 데이터, 근거 및 사례 분석 기반으로 문제해결하는 것을 좋아하는 분

- 이론과 근거에 더하여 Practical한 적용과 효과를 추구하는 분

- 한글/ 영어로 업무 가능한 분

 

5. 버버리 - HR Manager

담당업무

① Employee Relations

- Be the link between ER and the business, advising on policy and aligning the business to existing and new HR

  policy

- Protect the business by ensuring legal compliance that is culturally in line with our brand values

- Manage ER casework as required, involving consultation, grievances, disciplinary, performance management and

  settlement agreements

- Working with the business to define and roll-out local guidelines and procedures, where required

- Identify potential issues with salary levels and internal roles, for example around retention, talent and internal

  relativities

- Facilitate the management of the annual reward planning, including supporting managers in remuneration

  decisions

② HR Operations

- Manage the operation of the Geographic remit for Payroll ensuring all statutory and reporting requirements are

  met

- Ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time and deliver efficient and optimized payroll service delivery

  by working closely with stakeholders

- Work efficiently with HR Project teams to simplify procedures and HR transformation

- Follow through the company’s guidelines and SOX audits

- Collaboratively with other HR teams to adapt global processes and accuracy of people data

- Analyzing regional reward data to propose any opportunities to improve

③ Reward

- Support the business in their budget process and analyzing reward data to the business to make informed

  decisions

- Identifying potential issues with salary levels and internal roles to support managers in remuneration decision

자격요건

- Over 7 years of experience in HR Operations or General HR within a globally recognized company

- Knowledgeable of Korea Labor Regulations

- Thinking associated with the interpretation of procedures to resolve problems within established frameworks

- Experience with incident resolution, problem-solving and technical skills using various diagnostic tools

- Inter-personal skills are required to guide employees through situations

- Administrative roles which have to follow a wide range of procedures

- People management skill

- Able to work in English
